Meditate On All Of Your Past Sins, And Truly Repent

	When the Lord is in your heart, He will help you to recognize your past sins, 
	which you may not have even thought about before.  Things that you previously
 	considered OK to do, will now seem unpleasant to you, and you will be sorry
	and remorseful that you did them!

	So recognize your sins (with the Lord's help) and be truly sorry that you 
	committed them.  Then ask the Lord for forgiveness, and He will forgive.

	Here is a wonderful thing:  
	When the Lord is in your heart (as He now is in yours, because you invited 
	Him in as Lord), you will not want to commit sin.  Sinful things will simply 
	not appeal to you. Therefore, it becomes easy not to sin very much.  Also, 
	if you are tempted, the Lord will warn you to turn away.  
	You will be able to recognize sin very easily, and thus avoid it.
