Find A Church, Join It, And Attend When the Lord is in your heart, you will want to be around other Christians. Where will you find them? In church! Also, Satan preys on isolated Christians. He tries to pick them off, one-by-one. There is strength in numbers, so stay close to your fellow Christians, in church. The Lord likes it when you worship Him collectively, in church. Remember, wherever two or more are gathered in His name, He is there! The Bible can be complicated and confusing. When the Lord is in your heart, He helps you understand the Bible, but you still may need the help of a minister, well-trained and called by the Lord. And where do you find a minister? In a church! Here is a prayer you can say to help you find a church: O Lord, I thank you for coming into my heart and dwelling with me. Please help me now to find the church that I should join. Please lead me to the church that pleases you the most. Thank you, Lord, in Jesus' name, Amen. When you ask the Lord for help, be sensitive to His answers. Do not expect Him to materialize before your eyes and speak to you in a loud voice. That is not how He usually works. Instead, He speaks softly to you, in little signs and hints and hunches and nudges. Pay attention to anything that attracts your attention in an unusual way. Try to see a meaning in it. Think if you were the Lord, how would you show someone what to do without actually telling him in words?
